Governors Meeting - 21st January

Governor's meeting tonight to go through the Post Inspection Action Plan. This has been compiled by the school's senior management team, discussed with all staff and tonight discussed and approved by governors.

Snow - January 2010

What havoc the snow has caused this month....! It's so fustrating for both parents and staff, however we need to make sure that the children will be safe when they're in school.

Here's hoping we've seen the last of the snow!

Christmas Concert - 16th December 2009

Spent a lovely hour in school this evening watching all the children perform their Christmas concert. It's amazing what can be done in a few days - as due to the amount of work caused by the Inspection, the children have only been able to practice for the past few days.

Well done to all the children for such a great show (and of course the staff!).

School Inspection - Week beginning 7th December

Well what a week - lots of visits to school to try and offer support during the inspection week. The staff have all worked so hard, and the school looks great. We finally had the feedback late on Thursday night. Very positive overall - which is great! Offical report will be published in February 2010 and will be available for all parents.
